  • Demolition of unused wood canopy
  • Lead paint abatement and repainting of existing historic canopies
  • Refurbishment of deteriorated canopy beams and decking
  • Historic restoration of severely damaged structural concrete columns
  • Graffiti removal at retaining walls and columns
  • Replacement of existing canopy roofing with DPDM and slate roofing
  • Repair of brownstone walls and coping
  • Repointing of brownstone walls
  • Installation of new historic light fixtures and light poles
  • Replacement of damaged ornamental metal railings and handrails
  • Installation of tactile warning strip at entire length of existing concrete platform
  • All personnel extensively safety trained
  • All work performed without disrupting train schedule
