  • Restored existing 100,000+ sq. ft. school
  • Design/Build extensive underground foundation/underpinning system to reinforce brick and stone masonry
  • Most underpinning was 10-15 feet below grade
  • All excavated by hand
  • Restored all exterior masonry
  • Added new entrances and stair towers
  • Added new Science wing and Biology/Chemistry laboratories
