Project Description

  • Design/Build new 40,000 sq. ft. structural steel framed indoor boat storage/rack building for 160 boats
  • Reconstruction of roadway, curbs & drainage along State Highway Route 9 with extensive NJDOT coordination
  • Reinforced concrete, footings and foundation walls
  • Structural steel frame, exterior metal wall panels and roofing
  • Sophisticated interior boat storage racking system built of structural steel and capable of holding 165 boats
  • Interior concrete floor slab with Wisbro radiant floor tubing heating system
  • Electrical lighting and power systems
  • Boat maintenance shop and repair facilities
  • Jib crane and hoist for lifting boats and engines
  • Rehabilitate 265-slip marina
  • Rebuild bulkheads and replace floating docks
  • Rebuild infrastructure on 25-acre site
  • Build new pool, club and shower facilities
  • Renovate existing boatsman shop, marina offices and sales room
  • Project completed in eight months without disrupting ongoing operations; finished four months ahead of schedule
