- 100,000 sq. ft. of renovations, including 13 new courtrooms & judges' chambers, jury rooms, new prisoner holding cells, central booking, corrections offices, police offices, armory, underground parking, jury assembly facilities, family division court services, finance offices, criminal division offices, hearing services areas, public areas, and all support offices and facilities
