Project Description
- Aircraft Maintenance and Test Facility for aircraft equipment and jet engines
- Research and test new jet engine technology
- Design/Built building foundations, slab, concrete ventilation tunnels for air movement, and pre-engineered steel building (by Hall)
- Constructed overhead bridge crane to lift and move jet engines
- Built conference rooms and kitchen and toilet facilities
- Built research/data offices
- Extensive ventilation system for constant 100% air change
- Extensive electrical power supply and distribution system and outlets/connections for owner supplied equipment
- New site electric service, telephone, site water, sewer and storm drainage systems
- New parking area and roadway
- Project completed three months ahead of schedule
