Project Description
- Demolition of existing grandstand and standee level facilities
- Reconstruct new grandstand and standee level facilities
- Reconstruction of new Paramutual betting and cashier booths
- Replacement of all interior partitions and finishes
- Extensive interior millwork and casework
- Application of Zolotone Epoxy paint system
- Construction of new Viewing Theater
- Construction of new Dining and Lounge facilities
- Construction of new main entrances with automatic doors
- Work completed/phased while occupied, without disruption to the Owner
- Project completed two months ahead of schedule
