- Design and Construction of a 4-acre rooftop park/plaza on top of an operational 3-story pre-cast/post-tentioned concrete parking garage
- Planning/checking of added roof, intermediate and lower level slab loads
- Planning/checking of construction in-progress loads to maintain structural integrity of the building
- Construction of large "dancing waters" fountain and fountain sculpture
- Stone sculpture and engraving
- Over 50,000 sq. ft. of granite pavers
- 2,600 lf granite curbs
- Granite fascia
- Historic site lighting
- Undulating landscaped areas with a variety of trees, shrubs, perennials, and sod
- Fully automated irrigation system
- Granite paved lookouts connected by winding granite paths
- Support services such as Fountain Pump room, Surface Drainage System, Fire Protection System and Security System
