Project Description
- Additions and renovations to 140,000 sq. ft. Bus Operations office building; steel frame structure
- Project phased while facilities remained occupied
- New kitchen and cafeteria
- New office addition with atrium
- New 5,000 sq. ft. computer room and data center with raised access floor
- New UPS System and emergency generator
- New radio telecommunications room
- Removal of all existing partitions and finishes; provided all new drywall and plaster partitions and finishes
- Universal structured telecommunications systems
- Extensive building automation, CCTV and card access system
- Aluminum and glass curtainwall
- Aluminum and glass hip/ridge skylights
- Stainless steel and glass handrails
- Aluminum wall panel system
- Extensive millwork, elevators and handicap access provisions
