- New deployable fabric flood barriers
- New concrete and masonry flood walls
- New removable steel and aluminum flood walls
- New drilled micro-piles
- Structural steel columns and beams to support flood walls and flood protection systems
- Miscellaneous steel and metal wall panels
- Upgraded electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
- Site work including underground utilities with manholes and backflow protection, curbing, plaza restoration, and asphalt paving
- New concrete floor slabs
- New granite wall and floor finishes
- New stainless steel and glass entrances and storefronts
- New high-pressure laminate wall panels
- Miscellaneous carpentry
- All work performed inside active PATH stations
