Project Description
- New high level train platform foundations
- New drilled shafts
- New Structural Steel framing
- Construct new composite High Level Train Platforms
- Construction on active rail line
- Construct ornamental structural steel columns and beams to support roof canopies
- Clay tile roofing on canopies
- All personnel extensively safety trained
- New site utilities
- Construction of a new pedestrian accessibility ramps
- Construction of four new three-story steel-framed, glass-enclosed elevator structures
- All electrical work at Station Building, platforms, canopies, shelters, site lighting and communication work
- Historic light fixture replication
- All new electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
- Site work including underground and viaduct utilities, curbing, walkways, plaza, and asphalt paving
- Signage installation for the entire site
- Construct new concrete stairways to parking and pickup areas
- New concrete ramps, railings, platforms, tactile and passenger shelters
- Restoration of eastbound station building elements
- Historic restoration to façades, historic concrete, historic roofing, woodwork, doors, hardware, windows, and other historic structural and architectural elements
